What is required for eligibility?

  • Established credit.
  • Good rental history over the past 12 months.
  • Stable income: Gross monthly income is used to calculate the amount of the home that applicants can afford.  Maximum monthly payment must be 30% or less and mortgage payment plus all other debts must be 41% or less of gross monthly income.
  • Good employment history.
  • If you have filed for bankruptcy, you must wait two years.
