Applications

You may download an application for homeownership here in either English or Spanish. You may then:

• Print it from your computer, fill it out, and fax it to 864.232.9946;
• Print it, fill it out, and mail it; or
• Print it, fill it out, and bring it in person

Please be sure to include check or money order for the $20.00 application fee.

Please note - if you fax an application, it will be held until the $20.00 application fee is received.
