In order to bid any GCRA job, you must be an approved residential or general contractor.  To apply to become a GCRA-approved contractor, please submit the application, along with the following:

• residential or general contractor's license
• libaility and workman's compensation insurance information
• W-9 form
• Renovation Repair & Painting Rule (RRP) certification
