GCRA received bids for new construction on behalf of the Upstate Homeless Coalition.

The winning bids for new construction at 236, 237, and 246 Palisade Street in Spartanburg were $59,590 each, received from Apostolic Construction, Inc.

   

Creekside Phase I Asphalt Surface Coat

The winning bid for the Creekside Phase I Asphalt Surface Coat in the City of Greer was $38,831, received from Banks Brothers Asphalting.

  • Renovation Repair & Painting Rule (RRP) certification
