NOTICE: Programmatic Agreement Draft Available for Comment

The Greenville County Redevelopment Authority (GCRA) is developing a Programmatic Agreement in consultation with the South Carolina State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act for Housing and Urban Development (HUD)-related projects in Greenville County and participating cities.  The GCRA has determined that undertakings funded by HUD programs include certain types of routine activities that do not have the potential to cause effects on historic properties and should be exempt from review to streamline the Section 106 process.  The community is invited to review and comment on the draft Programmatic Agreement starting on October 13, 2014 and ending on October 28, 2014.  A draft copy of the Programmatic Agreement will also be available at the GCRA office located at 301 University Ridge, Suite 2500, Greenville, SC 29601.  Comments and questions can be submitted via email to Rashida Jeffers-Campbell at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
