2014 Board Announcements

 

(December 1, 2013) - The Greenville County Redevelopment Authority (GCRA) is pleased to announce its 2014 board of directors appointed by the Greenville County Council. The board's executive committee was elected in a recent board meeting and includes David A. Doser as chairman, Richard Davis as vice-chairman, and Tom Van Norstrand as treasurer. Amy Dunn and Todd Yeomans were re-appointed by the Greenville County Council to serve a three year term, and Jane Kizer and Walter Moragne were recently appointed to the Board by County Council.

  • David A. Doser (Chairman) - senior associate with Clark Patterson Lee
  • Richard Davis (Vice-Chairman) - sales manager with IBM based in Greenville
  • Tom Van Norstrand (Treasurer) - retired from General Electric Corp and is now active in several community activities
  • J. Kent Dillard - president and part owner of Dillard Excavating Co., Inc.
  • Amy Dunn - currently stay at home mom
  • Sandra C. Garrison - retired from the Greenville County Auditor's Office
  • Jane Kizer – database administrator with Charter Communications
  • Fletcher L. Martin, Jr. - retired administrator and principal from Anderson District 1
  • Walter Moragne – retired from General Electric Corp. and is now active in several community activities
  • Charlotte Osmer - attorney with Paterra, Osmer & Associates, LLC
  • Joseph Wilson - senior manager at Windstream, Inc.
  • Todd Yeomans - Realtor with Keller Williams Realty

    GCRA’s mission is to improve the quality of life for low and moderate income citizens of Greenville County by administering Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds and developing community partnerships. GCRA takes a comprehensive approach to community revitalization by building new homes, rehabilitating existing homes, and strengthening the infrastructures of the communities, as well as providing credit and homeownership education programs. GCRA works throughout Greenville County, including Fountain Inn, Greer, Mauldin, Simpsonville, and Travelers Rest.
